You can get to "Riverchase" from both University Blvd. and
Rouse Rd. heading north (away from Colonial Dr./50), from Alafaya/434
and McCulloch, or from 417/408 Toll Roads (downtown).
FROM OVIEDO/LONGWOOD
AREA
If you come through Alafaya/434, from the Oviedo area, make a right turn
on McColluch. Once you make a right, go down until you see "Riverchase"
community on your left side. Once you enter into the community (Riverton
Dr.) continue straight through the neighborhood (Riverton Dr.
circles around the neighborhood). Once you get around the second curve,
our home will be 4442 Riverton Dr. on your right side.
FROM ORLANDO / S.R. 436 AREA
If you come from 436/University, heading towards UCF, when you get to
Rouse Rd. (Hess Gas Station and a Chik-Fil-A on the right) make a left
turn on Rouse Rd. Go straight on Rouse Rd. When you get to the end of
Rouse Rd. (stop sign) you will see a gated community named "Riverwalk."
At that stop sign you will make a right turn onto McCulloch (no left
turn is possible). Once you make a right, go down until you see
"Riverchase" community on your right side. Once you enter into
the community (Riverton Dr.) continue straight through the neighborhood
(Riverton Dr. circles around the neighborhood). Once you get around the
second curve, our home will be 4442 Riverton Dr. on your right side.
FROM 417 (Greenway) / 408 (East-West Expressway) Toll Roads
(Downtown)
From downtown 408 (east-west expressway) go east on 408 and
when it splits to either 417 or 408, go down the 417 (Sanford) route.
Once on 417, get off on University Blvd (east) - towards UCF.
(Follow Directions from Orlando / S.R. 436 Area).
